Reality of government Job

There is a big problem in India today, If you ask any student which job he will do, the answer you will get is to do a government job. Everyone is running after him. And the people of coaching centers have a huge contribution in this. It starts from the time you start going to college. You are given hope.

You will get a job. You will also get respect in the society. If you study, you will get a government job after studying. You are given examples of those people. The people of your village who do government jobs are given as an example of your neighbors in your city who are doing government jobs.

Playing with your dreams

To fulfill these dreams you will have to give time. You have to study and you have to get a degree. You think that you will get a government job by going through SSC, UPSC, and thousands of other such exams, but you are thousands of kilometers away from the truth.

If you are preparing for any government job exam, during that time you will be studying with many teachers. Then you will notice one thing that some teachers will be teaching you for very little money. You will only get very few such charts. Out of 100, you will find only about 10 teachers who are teaching you at very little money. And all the other teachers will promote you at a higher rate in the name of some coaching or course. Actually, these people will teach you the same thing which the first 10 teachers used to teach you at a lower rate. These people are doing business with those poor and helpless students in the name of coaching and courses.

Today’s students are not very emotionally strong. By combining your struggles, your poverty, your dreams, your life, we will give you a motivational line. Will present it to you in an emotional manner.

Everyone knows that seats for government jobs are limited. But these people will show you big dreams. If you do not get a government job then your life will be ruined. You will not be able to do anything in your life, this is how these people sell your dreams.

Coaching  course selling

And by adopting this method, these people sell their courses to those helpless students. There is a family from Pune. He says that he keeps aside a large part of his income for the private classes of his two children. For the last two-three years.

The cost of coaching for secondary class is Rs 30000 to ₹ 80000 and the cost of preparation for engineering, doctor, and civil service exams is Rs 300000. Like the Manu cards of big five star hotels, their rates are fixed.

According to PLFS data, at least 45% of workers in India earned less than ₹10,000 per month during 2017 and 2018.

Now how will the children of those laborers get government jobs? First of all, their financial condition is not good. After that, private classes and coaching people suck their blood in the name of course fees and coaching fees. Suppose you have done private classes and coaching also. Despite that, will those people get government jobs?

Doing a government job has become everyone’s dream. Today in India, education has become a government job. People don’t even think of private jobs. To understand this we have to go back 15/20 years.

Such a situation did not exist about 20 years ago. At that time most people preferred to work in the private sector. At that time people preferred to work in private industries like private school, IT, retail etc. But now you will see that this scenario has completely changed. The reason for that is like a government job comfort zone.

Because in government job the working time is fixed and in private job the working time is not fixed. If you see, the salary is fixed in a government job, if we talk overall then people do not consider private job as a secure job which is there today, it will not be there tomorrow.

Many types of benefits are available in government jobs so that facilities like personal loan, retirement, housing loan, medical facility, home loan, car loan, child care are available to you only in government jobs. The second benefit is that you will also get respect in the society. If a child from a middle class family gets a government job, it is like winning a lottery for him and his family.

In the last 8 years, 22 crore candidates had applied for government jobs in India, out of which only 7.22 lakh were selected. Bhagbat lodhi tweets on Twitter and says that even after getting 109 rank in Madhya Pradesh, I could not become a teacher. If you pass any government exam with good marks. Despite that, the chances of you not getting the job remain 99%. Today in India, the process of selecting a job on the basis of marks or degree has almost stopped.

The son of a poor farmer, he had given the exam for a government job. That student had 70 marks out of 100 marks. But I was not getting the marks required for that job. That government employee was asking for ₹60000 just for increasing 5 marks, and along with that he was also giving guarantee of that job. This becomes unaffordable for a child from a poor background family. Under what condition, what will the student who got full marks do?

And you will see this in every state of India. This is a very serious issue. Some people keep trying for 6/7 years to get a government job. Because a government job does not require much work. No one wants to teach his own children in government schools, but he himself dreams of teaching other’s children in government schools.

If anything has become popular in India after Britannia Biscuits became popular then it is government job.

Job is the adornment of youth’s life without which family and society do not look at them with respect. Half of the life is spent in studies, exams, coaching and interviews and the rest of the life is spent in unemployment.

Your dreams
With every form, those people sit with their dreams, desires, hopes that maybe they will get a job on it, even after getting broken again and again, they sit with hopes. Maybe this time it will happen. Get separated from the society at the time of preparation. Forget to live life. Despite that, only unemployment is found in their share.
